We have a 7 day return policy.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to return your item(s) by completing our returns form. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns that are not submitted through our returns portal. 

Once you’ve submitted your returns form, we will reach out to let you know whether your return has been approved or not.  If it is approved, you will receive a shipping address to return your item.  

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us. All returned items must be returned in a suitable, re-saleable condition with MYMIKA’s label attached.  Otherwise, they will not be accepted. 

Once received, returns will be processed within 5 working days and a refund will be made via the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.
